- 體外研究:
Methylene Blue可能抑制NO合成酶或通過產(chǎn)生超氧陰離子,直接使一氧化氮失活。除了干擾一氧化氮換鳥苷酸途徑,Methylene Blue直接激活鈣離子依賴性的鉀通道來增強去甲腎上腺素從細胞內(nèi)的釋放
- 體內(nèi)研究:
Methylene Blue抑制鳥苷酸環(huán)化酶,減少C-GMP和血管平滑松弛。當(dāng)進行靜脈注射時,亞甲藍在甲狀旁腺積累,從而在外科手術(shù)中借以其顏色來判斷這些內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)。在嚙齒類的藥動學(xué)實驗揭示,血管內(nèi)進行MB給藥將導(dǎo)致MB在中樞神經(jīng)細胞中迅速廣泛的積累
- 細胞實驗: Cell lines: 未成熟的成神經(jīng)細胞 Concentrations: 10 μM Incubation Time: 2 h Method: 從新生大鼠的室管膜下層分離出來的未成熟的成神經(jīng)細胞,在單細胞培養(yǎng)模型中,分化成γ氨基丁酸所介導(dǎo)神經(jīng)元,用此神經(jīng)元細胞用于后續(xù)實驗。在體外實驗中,第6天,用MB對細胞培養(yǎng)物進行處理2h,處理完48小時后,檢測細胞樹突分枝結(jié)構(gòu)及生存情況
